  • Enabling Continuous Availability with IBM Multi-site Workload Lifeline (2.6 MB)
  • In this session, the speaker will describe how IBM Multi-site Workload Lifeline plays a key role in solving two major problems in the Enterprise. The first is enabling intelligent load balancing of TCP/IP workloads across two sites at unlimited distances for near continuous availability. The second is reducing downtime for planned outages by rerouting workloads from one site to another without disruption to users.

Also discussed will be the recently announced IBM Multi-site Workload Lifeline capabilities, which now include support for select SNA workloads and mixed workloads that span Linux for z and z/OS.
