Handouts
  • The Skinny on Coupling Thin Interrupts (991.3 kB)
  • If you have a Coupling Facility (and who doesn’t), then this session is for you. IBM delivered a new capability called Coupling Thin Interrupts with zBC12 and zEC12 that is supported on z/OS 1.12 and later. Coupling Thin Interrupts can be used to improve the response time and efficiency of both ends of a CF request – z/OS and the CF.  This session will explain what Coupling Thin Interrupts are, how they can help you, and what you need to do to enable and monitor them.

Tracks: Performance/Capacity Planning, User Experience and z/OS Systems Programming
