Biographical Sketch: Darren Arcangel is a VP, Principal Services Architect at CA Technology. He has been the lead architect for some of CA’s largest enterprise IT service management implementations. These implementations involve company’s business objectives, span multiple processes, and involve the integration of applications. Darren also held several architect positions at HP, focusing on large-scale IT transformations. He was involved in HP’s large-scale IT transformation program which included architecture governance; standardization of applications, SOA and data center transformations. Darren holds a Master of Science degree from Boston University; is an ITIL v3 Expert in ITSM, and is an ITAC Master Certified Architect.
