Biographical Sketch: Dan Griffith is a Senior Software Engineer in the z/VM organization. He is responsible for product planning and is a co-lead for z/VM service management. His career spans nearly 3 decades in z/VM and many roles. Some of the roles encompass Level 2 Customer Service, APAR Resolution, Design, CP Development, Function Test, Critical Situation Resolution and even IBM Management.
