Biographical Sketch: 
Spencer is a subject matter expert in MIPS Management for Compuware Corporation. He has provided sales and technical support for Compuware's Mainframe MIPS Management and APM tools since 2000. He previously worked for Programart Corp in the early 1990's where he acquired his passion for mainframe performance. He has spoken to local and international user groups about Application Performance Management, including IDUG, IDUG Australia, IOD and CMG. In addition to speaking, he has also published articles in Enterprise Systems Journal and Enterprise Technical Journal. His diverse experience over the years has included programming on distributed and the mainframe platform, providing help-desk support and working in the operations research field. Mr. Hallman has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Vermont and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Research from Temple University.
