Biographical Sketch: Matthias Burkhard is Technical Leader of IBM's Networking Support Team in Europe. For more than 25 years he is supporting customers with problems in VTAM, TCPIP, TN3270, APPC, APPN/HPR and EE, SSL/TLS Security and Performance Problems. He co-authored 2 ITSO redbooks on Enterprise Extender and is teaching networking courses like "SNA Workshop - From Zero to EE in 4 days" "Wireshark Bootcamp 2015" and "VTAM and TCPIP IPCS Debugging Workshop" He has been a regular speaker at SHARE and other conferences talking about SNA/IP protocol.
