Biographical Sketch: Neal Bohling began his career in IBM in 2003 in the IBM z/OS DFSMS Level 2 Defect Support Center. After building his background in SMS, and then spending 7 years in VSAM Record Level Sharing support. Most recently, he has transitioned to a development role for VSAM RLS.
