Biographical Sketch: Thyra Rauch, IBM trauch@us.ibm.com Thyra is the User Research Lead for Contract Manager. She has worked at IBM for over 28 years and currently works on contract management, sourcing, and procurement products at IBM’s Silicon Valley Lab in California. Thyra is currently the IBM rep for the Information Management Program.
