  • IBM has recently announced a statement of direction to make GPFS available for Linux on System z. I'll talk about my experiences as an early user, and I'm interested in getting feedback from customers who have a requirement for cluster file systems on Linux on System z. What use cases do you have for a cluster file system? What do you need it for, and what do you need it to do?
