HMC/SE Publication and Online Help Strategy Changes with Overview of IBM Resource Link

In this session, the speaker will talk about the new direction for the Hardware Management Console (HMC) and Support Element (SE) 2.12.1 operation guides. Learn about how to access this information easily through the HMC help system and the online IBM Knowledge Center (formerly known as IBM Information Center). In addition, the speaker will also give an overview of the different areas of IBM Resource Link and how to use it to easily access information about registered machines such as model details, capacity information, and firmware install levels.  IBM Resource Link provides an alternative display for some of the HMC information as well as can drive important customer notifications for certain aspects of the zEnterprise system.
