The IBM NaviQuest utility is a great way to do a variety of common SMS-related tasks. In this lab session, we'll go over the basics of using the tool, and then work through a few examples. We'll explore the ACS testing capabilities of SMS, using NaviQuest to update SMS, and creating reports.
