  • KVM (Kernel Virtual Machine) for System z is a Technology Preview feature included with SLES11 SP3. This will allow customers without z/VM in their shop to create and run virtual machines in an LPAR running SLES11 SP3.

    Mark will give an overview of the KVM architecture, and demonstrate how customers will be able to create and run KVM guests on System z.
