Linux containers represent a new way to achieve higher application densities to more fully utilize Linux on System z.  This presentation covers three basic components of Linux containers: LXC for application virtualization, control groups for resource management, and SELinux for security.  All of this technology is now available in the latest release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
