Biographical Sketch: Raymond Pascoe has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, including more than 15 years experience leading and managing Information Security teams. Having joined Highmark in 2001, Raymond has been instrumental in improving Highmark’s security posture via active involvement in business resiliency, information technology governance, risk assessments, and continuous process improvements with the mainframe security infrastructure. Raymond provides added value to Highmark processes via his knowledge and experiences in a broad range of information technology disciplines including applications programming, systems programming, database, operations, telecommunications, business continuity, standards and control, audit principles, risk assessment, compliance, and information and network security.
