Biographical Sketch: Rich Way has worked at Voltage Security since 2012 and is a senior software engineer serving as Voltage's z/OS QA team lead. He's worked for more than 30 years on mainframes including at IBM supporting Enterprise Content Management, and at various independent software vendors including DSSI and Compuware / Centura / ADS in a variety of development, QA, and management roles.
