Biographical Sketch: Roger began his career as a software engineer and with over 25 years experience has held titles such as Software Engineer /analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager and Director of Product Management. Roger’s management experience includes leading multi-disciplined international projects. Roger’s experience crosses several industries including, custom machine controls, medical device development, software product development, and Engineering, Management and IT consulting. Since joining BlackboxIT, Roger acts as the BlackboxIT “voice of the customer” to guide the evolveIT Product roadmap and designs consulting solutions. With a strong customer focus, Roger manages BlackboxIT Product Specialists, evolveIT customer deployments and blackboxIT consulting services. Roger has lead blackboxIT Mainframe consulting engagements for customers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Crowley Maritime Corporation and CUNA Mutual Insurance. Roger is a PMP certified Project Manager.
