Biographical Sketch: Linda Donovan is an author and marketing consultant for Thought Leadership Success, with a strong background in technology. She is also an experienced grief support volunteer for Hospice of Santa Cruz County, where she helps people move through the stages of grief with compassion. She has 15 years of experience in the software industry, with positions in strategic marketing, IT, and marketing communications.
