Biographical Sketch: Brian Marshall joined Vanguard in 2006 as the Director of Development after serving 11 years in software development Management at Computer Associates and Innovative DP Designs, Inc. He holds one shared patent on a method of reorganizing IMS databases online and taught college level computer science courses at Solano College. Mr. Marshall holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science and an M.B.A, both from Sonoma State University.
