Biographical Sketch: Micheline started in IT back in early 1983 at Aetna. Her first 18 years were spent supporting CICS software. She had day to day interactions with Application Developers and was charged with building CICS regions as needed. In 2001, she moved to the MVS Support unit and began building mainframe operating systems, working with IBM closely on a number of projects. She also supports a number of IBM and non-IBM products on the mainframe. She just completed her 8th ESP project with IBM on base z/OS software. Aetna is always on the forefront of new z/OS software technology which makes for a challenging and exciting career that Micheline enjoys.
