IMS supports the SQL API for open access. DB2 for z/OS provides a stored
procedures application container that can be used to centralize database
processing logic and access. In this session you will learn how to
implement a stored procedure application programming model, configure both DB2 and IMS to exploit stored procedures, and confirm that z/OS features are properly implemented.
