This session will cover how to plan and execute a successful "Long Jump" migration, including what types of things to look out for and what you can do to make the process go smoothly, what you can reasonably expect to be able to do, and what you can expect to fail. It will also cover migration from an old hardware platform to a newer one and what is involved in that as well, If you are enticed to "finally" move from your old box and release of z/OS to a new box, but are unsure of how to accomplish it and be successful, this session is for you.
