Biographical Sketch: Sam Cohen has been with LRS since 2013 after retiring from IBM after 29 years. He has worked with customers using VM and VSE since 1988, and worked with Linux on System z since the early Marist distributions in 2000. He also works with z/OS and AIX, along with IP and SNA communications products and protocols on all platforms. He has developed and taught education and orientation classes on z/VM, z/VSE and Linux for System z. He wrote "An Introduction to VSE Job Control Language" (previously posted on the z/VSE web site). Sam has been a consultant on z/VM, z/VSE, Linux and networking projects for many clients in the financial services, government, aviation, distribution, and health sectors. He is certified by the Open Group as a Level 2 Master I/T Specialist.
