Biographical Sketch: In 1993 i started my mainframe career working with MVS 5.2.0 on a ES/9000 as a systems programmer at Sparkassen-Rechenzentrum Rheinland, Cologne, Germany. I was responsible for system upgrades and cloning procedures of MVS images. In 2001 i started running Linux at home and in 2002 i got my first Linux LPAR on a G6. Now i am responsible for the z/VM and z/Linux platform at Finanz Informatik. So i have 20 years of mainframe experience and skill in z/OS, z/VM and z/Linux.
