Biographical Sketch: Ray has over 35 years experience in various technical and management roles in IT, spanning mainframes, distributed systems, and middleware, including MVS (z/OS), VM (z/VM), and VSE systems programming, software development, instructional design, training and education, product management, and sales enablement and training. In that time, he has spoken at conferences throughout the world, and written articles for several publications. He has also been actively involved in the IT user community, working with SHARE for over 30 years. When not working, he can typically be found either in Hawaii or at a Disney park
