A Dialog: The Implications of Social Media, Analytics and Privacy

Do you want to know what your employees are saying about your company?  Or, what the social media thinks of your company?  Here's a session that explores what is going on out there in social media and issues of privacy and security.  There are things you should be aware of as a company, but there are also things that you can make use of to your company's benefit. 

This will be a small, interactive session to discuss the use of analytics tools in social media and discuss input from attendees on what issues need to be addressed.
