  • Mentoring has become an important part of companies' technical success in the newly competitive world wide technical market.  Every company wants to have a strong mentoring community.  But how does one become a mentor?  What does a mentor do?  How does one become an effective mentee? This session explores the mentor and mentee relationship and provides guidance on how to be an effective mentor.  It also helps mentees look for the right mentor and establish effective mentoring relationships.
