Biographical Sketch:
Hands-on, and seasoned IT Manager with 20+ years of experience and knowledge within Applications Development and Operational management teams. Have provided skilled facilitation, management and leadership for many software development and infrastructure related projects and initiatives from bank acquisitions, mergers, multi-million dollars projects, disaster recovery planning, and strategic initiatives. Working with a team of professionals, employed proven leadership and analytical skills towards optimizing organizational structure, policies, and processes, for maximizing the reliability, stability, and uptime of all applications and infrastructure, for the benefit of the organization and their customers. Change Management - Manage the people, processes and software related to controlling and managing all changes to Commeces IT infrastructure both hardware and software. Problem Management - I worked with fellow team members in establishing and continue to establish processes, procedures and develop skills for IT around Problem Management. Quality Assurance - Have written a White Paper on how to establish Quality Management processes. Continue to develop and work on areas that will advance Commerce's understanding and use of Quality Managment processes. Additional responsibilities now include managing the tools that monitor Commerce's systems, applications and infrastructure. The tools allow IT to respond more quickly to issues, prevent system outages and reduce MTTR.
