Biographical Sketch: Filipe Miranda is the global lead for Linux on IBM System z and Power Systems for Sales, Strategy and Marketing at Red Hat. He joined Red Hat seven years ago when Red Hat opened the first Red Hat office in Latin America. His previous role was as a senior solution architect for the alliances team in Latin America having the key responsabilities to build trustful relationships with hardware vendors, system integrators and independent software vendors. His key responsibilities as the global lead for Linux on System z and Power Systems, is to set the overall strategy and direction for both hardware architectures at Red Hat.
