Storage-aware application and database backup and recovery products can be used with EMC’s DLm virtual tape replication to create tape-based disaster restart solutions. These solutions simplify disaster recovery operations and reduce RTO and RPO. This session will introduce storage-aware backup and recovery products and describe how the associated backups can be used with EMC DLm virtual tape replication to implement costeffective tape-based disaster restart solutions.
