  • Blue Insight is IBM's strategic analytics initiative, which delivers business intelligence and data warehousing services. We've been telling clients that smarter computing is the key to improving efficiency, saving money and doing more with less. IBM's Internal Business Analytics Cloud creates a Smarter IBM by developing an enterprise level Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) model. It was designed to served as the template for consolidating, virtualizing and delivering its own business intelligence via a cloud model. Come and learn about the IBM Smart Analytics Cloud, a private analytics cloud solution for large enterprises running in inside IBM today. We will also take a closer look at the technology components of Blue Insight as it provides services for data warehousing and analytics, all based on the IBM System z architecture. The services include IBM Information Server and IBM InfoSphere® Warehouse, with InfoSphere DataStage® and QualityStage® to handle ETL from the source systems. All data is analyzed using IBM Cognos Business Intelligence (BI) for Linux on System z.
