Biographical Sketch: Linda Carroll is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia where she earned a degree in Bachelor of Business degree with a concentration in Information System in 1980. Linda is a Senior IT Specialist with IBM GTS Service Delivery Group. Prior to IBM, she has worked at Equifax, Emory University – Crawford Long Hospital, Price Waterhouse, American Software, and GE Capital. Her core focus is on Capacity Planning and capacity forecasting.
