Biographical Sketch: Chip started with IBM in 1988, working on 3990 model 3 and 6 RAS. Over the next 20 years, he remained in the organization through multiple product changes, and worked in Cache, Copy Services, and RAS microcode areas. In 2008, he transferred to the XIV team. He worked in XIV RAS, document development, and code development, and was on temporary assignment at XIV in Tel Aviv the year of 2009. He moved to the Performance Team in early 2011, where he focuses on the DS8K and XIV products.
