Biographical Sketch: Brian has authored more than 25 books about good practices mostly relating to ITIL and other good practices created by the British Government, his employer for twenty years. He led the KM project for the Office of Government Commerce that was a Key Strategy for all government departments so he thinks he knows where all of the KM skeletons are buried.
