Biographical Sketch: Tracy Smith has been serving as the Team Leader for the Nationwide Java Hosting Team implementing the solution into the production environment. Within Nationwide, Tracy has served as the CTO for the Nationwide Insurance application area, as well as the CTO for the Nationwide Infrastructure organization. He has presented at a number of business and technical workshops and forums. Product Planner for Nationwide Insurance Infrastructure & Operations.
