Biographical Sketch: Nikhil Kumar, a recognized author and industry expert in the SOA and Cloud Computing space, has presented on SOA, Cloud Computing, Information Architecture and Security and has lead the development of forward looking Security architectures in some of the world’s largest brokerage, insurance, banking and healthcare companies. In addition to his duties at ApTSi Nikhil also serves as Co-Chair of the SOA Reference Architecture Project, has participated in many SOA standards and has published extensively in the SOA, Cloud and Security domains. He is also actively engaged in research on Bioinformatics and Pharmacogenomics from an actionable computational perspective. In his spare time Nitin coaches middle school robotics, hikes, bird-watches and spends time with his family.
