Biographical Sketch: Craig is a Software Engineer at the IBM Hursley Laboratory in the UK. He has been with IBM for over 10 years, having spent all that time working with WebSphere products, specifically working in test teams for WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus. During this time, he has focused specifcally on security features of WebSphere MQ, as well as overall involvement in functional and system testing of the product as a whole. His current role is WebSphere MQ Level 3 Support, Team Lead.
