Biographical Sketch: Lisa Fellows is the team manager of the Bank of America CICS and WMQ Technology Strategy group. Lisa has worked at Bank of America for 28 years, and supported CICS, including CICSPlex, since 1990. She has been a Deputy Project Manager for the SHARE CICS Project since 2001. Lisa began presenting at SHARE in 2000 and is the recipient of multiple Best Session Awards. Her presentations cover a wide range of CICSPlex topics and recently include presentations about CICS Explorer. She was a member of the Team that published the new IBM CICS Explorer Redbook (Dec 2010). She currently works out of Clifton Park, New York, accessing emerging CICS and WMQ technologies for a global Bank of America business partner demographic.
