Building Mainframe Skills for the Future

IBM has taken bold steps to convince colleges and universities around the world to once again teach topics that will address the skills needs of mainframe (System z® and zEnterprise™) clients. Many people have asked: How do I find these skills and how can I get involved? This session will provide an update of IBM's Academic Initiative for System z along with some tips as to how you can connect with these future employees, or how you can start working with local academic institutions to help them get started in satisfying your skills needs.
