  • Effective communication is the foundation for success for any customer service or leadership role. During this session, learn your BEST Communication Style (based on James Brewer’s BEST assessment) and learn your dominant communication style(s) and how to adapt to others’ styles.

    Increase your awareness of diverse communication styles/behaviors and learn to use them in different situations to deliver better customer service. This interactive session will improve communications as well as productivity and teamwork within your organization.

    Participants will:

    Discover the four dominant communication styles and how to communicate effectively with each style.

    Learn how to avoid communication pitfalls.
