The speaker will present IBM's Electronic Support transformation vision and how that vision relates to the SHARE community. Specific focus will be given to the IBM Service Request (SR) application that is a replacement for the ETR application within ServiceLink. The presentation will cover the following areas:

  2. Major elements of the Electronic Support System including the IBM Support Portal, IBM Service Request, Fix Central, and My Notifications
  3. Deep dive into IBM Service Request
  4. Live demonstration of IBM Service Request
  5. Questions & answers
