Speaker: James Willette(Sunrise e-Services)

Join the Integrating Innovative Technologies Project (I2T) and prepare for an exciting week. The I2T project focuses on the issues, usability and advances associated with deploying new and emerging IT technologies, as well as on their integration into current business applications. Topics covered include: IT standards, privacy and ethics, system usability, accessibility, artificial intelligence, collaborative computing, information overload, mobile computing, software engineering and project management, data mining, multimedia, and quality and risk issues associated with the deployment and management of these technologies, in large, small and medium businesses. These topics are interdisciplinary in the sense that they impact the entirety of IT.

At this session, the project members will review the activities for the upcoming week and begin discussion of events for SHARE in the future. If you have ideas for the project, want to help out during this week, or if you are just curious, be sure to attend. If you are interested in focusing on emerging technologies with a practical, business application perspective (as implemented in the 'real world'), then this is the project to become involved with!
