  • ICSF is the component of z/OS that provides cryptographic function on System z, including access to the System z hardware.  IBM made the latest version of ICSF, Cryptographic Support for z/OS V1R10-V1R12 (aka HCR7790) available on Sept. 9, 2011.  This session will cover the latest version enhancements to ICSF which include support for new technology available with the z114 and GA2 of the z196 as well as updates that support new cryptographic standards.
