Biographical Sketch: Thomas Cosenza holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida. He has worked for IBM since 1996 and as a full time employee since 1998. Thomas has started working full time for IBM in the System Verification Test for the Communication Server product. In 2004 Thomas transferred to the SWG's ISSW lab services where he was the head Network Security consultant for the z/Center of Excellence. He has been a speaker at several Shares since 2004 and is a member in good standing of ISC2s CISSP certification. Currently Thomas works is assigned to the IBM System and Technology Group Lab Services for System z. He specializes in security, enterprise networking, and zEnterprise deployment. His focus is on clients understand key security and privacy issues, risks, exposures and vulnerability using workshops and assessments and develop security and privacy programs to meet the client's business needs.
