Biographical Sketch: Terry L. Berman has been working with mainframe DB2 for 22 years, the last 18 years at DST Systems, an industry-leading data processor for the financial and health services industries. He leads the DB2 Technology Team at DST, with special focus on performance, availability, diagnostics and functionality deployment. He has authored several customer-vanguard tools and support repositories in his DST career. Terry is a frequent speaker at DB2 conferences.
