Biographical Sketch: I began my IT career in 1981 in New York City. Beginning as an IBM mainframe Assembler/COBOL programmer, I worked on application development projects, system testing projects, and application package installation/customization projects, primarily for finanancial services organizations. In 1989, I joined Compuware Corporation, and spent eleven years working with the offices and subsidiaries based outside of North America promoting Compuware’s automated testing and debugging software products. Now a Product Manager for Compuware’s industry leading Xpediter family of interactive analysis and testing tools, I work with a global technical and sales organization focused on providing world class products and support to thousands of customers. I often spend time talking to customers or user groups interested in reducing the costs and increasing the quality of their mainframe application software testing efforts.
