Biographical Sketch: Linda is a user evaluation and usability specialist for IBM’s z Series enterprise servers. She has been an IBM employee for 17 years. Currently, she analyzes surveys, designs methodologies, fits usability into the business process, and conducts traditional usability work. She has a BS in Communications and a MS in Technical Communications with a Graphics Certificate: both degrees are from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. Her research interests include human-computer interaction, low-fidelity prototyping, web-based application design, and human cognition.
