Biographical Sketch: Dave Canan has been with IBM for 25 years, and has been involved with the ADSM/TSM product family since 1991 when it was first introduced. He has held various postions in IBM with the product, including testing, level 2 support, implementation and architecture consultant. He currently belongs to the Advanced Technical Support group, supporting performance related issues and beta testing for the TSM product family.
