Biographical Sketch: Don has been with Oracle for 13 years. In that time he has provided support for networking, core RDBMS, gateways, Database Installations, and Database Upgrades. Prior to his time at Oracle, he served as a principal consultant for a primary help desk software vendor. He has a background in database management, Novell administration, consulting services, and various forms of customer support. He is an Oracle Certified Database Administrator Professional starting at Oracle 8i.
