Biographical Sketch: Mitch Mackrory was raised in what are now known as Zambia and Zimbabwe. He later worked in the computer industry in South Africa, New Zealand and now Colorado. He has presented at CMG and SHARE conferences in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Mitch has implemented and supported StorageTek equipment such as the PowderHorn library, and now the SL8500 and SL3000 libraries and many generations of tape. He currently specializes in the Virtual Storage manager (VSM) with a focus on Disaster Recovery design and support. Mitch also presents Body Language training in the Professional Development project. He is the recipient of several best session awards.
