Biographical Sketch: Richard is a Certified System z IT Specialist. He is currently a team lead with STG System z Lab Services. He been with IBM for 13 years and has 20 years of experience on System z. Richard's current area of expertise is Linux and Virtualization on System z. His background includes z/OS, z/VM, Parallel Sysplex, and WebSphere Application Server. Richard also works with the STG Migration Factory. He provides post sales technical support and guidance for System z clients.
